Zusammenfassung

HAHN BAU GRUPPE sucht eine/n Bauleiter/in für Bauteam Hahn GmbH, mit Fokus auf Projekten für US-Streitkräfte in Baumholder. Hauptarbeitsort ist Idar-Oberstein-Region; Zusammenarbeit mit Hahn Bau GmbH bei Turnkey- oder sicherheitsrelevanten Projekten.

Sie koordinieren auf der Baustelle Mitarbeiter, Subunternehmer und Auszubildende, erstellen Berichte, stimmen Termine ab und sichern Qualität sowie Sicherheit gemäß VOB/B.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder Meisterprüfung im relevanten Bereich.
• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil.
• Gültige Führerschein Klasse B.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Baustoffen und Baumaschinen.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sensibilität für Nachhaltigkeit und Zertifizierungsanforderungen.
• Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2).

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Abwicklung von Bauprojekten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Zeitplänen und Budget.
• Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Koordination von Bauabläufen.
• Koordination von Materialbestellungen, Bauleitern, Subunternehmern und Auszubildenden.
• Erstellung und Pflege von Bauberichten, Terminplänen und Dokumentationen.
• Sicherstellung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß VOB/B.

YOUR ROLE & PROFILE

As a site manager, you will work for our engineering firm, Bauteam Hahn GmbH, focusing on projects for the US Armed Forces and the security sector. Your primary location will be in Baumholder. You will also have touchpoints with our construction firm, Hahn Bau GmbH, whether through turnkey projects or security-related work. Together, you will ensure that execution meets our quality standards and that project timelines are met. You will be supported by our estimating team with bids, tenders, measurements, billing, and cost calculations.

With your positive and appreciative approach, you will coordinate the activities of our on-site staff and subcontractors. You are a calming influence when things get hectic—you enjoy working in a team, are willing to roll up your sleeves, and are capable of finding quick, independent solutions when things don't go according to plan.

• Negotiating with clients
• Site measurements and billing
• Ordering and coordinating materials for construction sites
• Scheduling and managing field staff and apprentices, as well as coordinating subcontractors
• Quality management: coordinating and monitoring construction execution
• Compiling and sending out sample documentation
• Coordinating and moderating site meetings with subcontractors
• Attending client site meetings and preparing meeting minutes
• Creating and updating construction schedules
• Create and send daily construction reports, including comprehensive photo documentation
• Compile project documentation and hand it over to the client
• Create site installation plans
• Acquire new projects
• Review subcontractor invoices
• Obtain subcontractor quotes and prepare price comparisons
• Initiate and monitor occupational health and safety measures
• Manage correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and building owners in accordance with VOB/B standards
• Change order management: handling bills of quantities, preliminary and post-project costing

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in civil engineering or master craftsman certification with relevant qualifications
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Class B driver's license
• In-depth knowledge of building materials and construction equipment
• Strong self-organization skills and an independent, structured approach to work
• Sensitivity to sustainability and certification requirements
• Team player
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong negotiation skills
• English level B2 or higher
