Our challenge

We see ourselves as a small, sustainable family business that has grown significantly in recent years. Our clients include industrial and commercial businesses as well as public sector clients with specific construction requirements. Our revenue has increased sharply, and our staff has multiplied within just a few years. We now have more than 80 employees.

Your role & personality

We want to shape our future and prepare the company for sustainable development. We are not a large corporation; we want to maintain a friendly, informal, and welcoming environment. This includes using first names. We have an open, authentic company culture, and we intend to keep it that way.

Technical execution

• Constructing masonry using various materials
• (e.g., brick, sand-lime brick, aerated concrete, natural stone)
• Erecting walls, pillars, foundations, and other structural elements
• Working with mortar, concrete, and other building materials
• Surveying and setup work (batter boards, plumb lines, spirit levels)
• Production of formwork and simple reinforcement structures
• Execution of plastering, waterproofing, and insulation work
• Masonry repairs and maintenance work
• Installation of prefabricated components according to instructions

Supplementary activities

• Supporting concrete construction work (e.g., simple formwork and reinforcement tasks)
• Installation of insulation material, soundproofing, and moisture barriers
• Assistance with structural, renovation, and refurbishment projects

Work preparation and organization

• Preparation of the workspace and site setup
• Planning and provision of tools, equipment, and materials
• Checking site conditions (e.g., substrate, weather, safety requirements)
• Coordination with foremen, site managers, and construction supervisors
• Ensuring a structured workflow

Quality, deadlines, and cost-efficiency

• Timely and proper execution of work
• Compliance with all technical standards and execution guidelinesCareful and economical use of materials and equipment
• Contributing to the improvement of work processes

Documentation

• Recording working hours (e.g., in 123erfasst)
• Documenting services rendered (photos, notes, special features)
• Reporting deviations, damage, or risks

Occupational safety and environmental protection

• Compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Safe handling of tools, equipment, and building materials
• Implementation of accident prevention measures
