What you’ll do

• Manage the EMEA exterior plasters portfolio (Lime Cement Plasters, ETICS, Adhesives) within the Knauf EMEA Gypsum Division.
• Act as an interface between regional and local product managers and other global teams such as R&D, Technology, Center of Excellence, Procurement, and Knauf Digital.
• Drive the EMEA product strategy for exterior plasters by identifying customer needs in local markets and consolidating them into a regional product roadmap.
• Summarize identified product requirements in EMEA projects and transfer them to the global and regional R&D innovation pipeline.
• Track EMEA business performance, ensure continuous market and competitor monitoring by country, and manage the full process from ideation to go‑to‑market.

Who you are

• Have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing; a degree in Civil or Building Engineering is an advantage.
• Have proven extensive experience in product management (preferably in regional or global roles) and deep technical expertise in exterior plasters, rendering and ETICS.
• Possess strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market trends, portfolio gaps and develop effective product strategies.
• Excel in communication, able to interact actively and transparently with different hierarchical levels and stakeholders, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Are fluent in English and willing to travel abroad for business; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
