Daikin Chemical Europe GmbH in Düsseldorf seeks a capable sales planning professional to support budgets, forecasts, and regional reporting within an international context. You will coordinate with HQ in Japan, analyze sales performance, and prepare materials for regional management meetings using MS Office and enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Commercial vocational training or a university degree in business administration, economics or a related field
• Professional experience in sales controlling, business assistance or finance/accounting within an international environment
• Proficiency in enterprise software and advanced skills in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Business fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese; German language skills are an advantage
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment and manage tasks independently against strict deadlines

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth analyses of budgets, forecasts, and sales results, preparing accurate performance reports
• Communicate daily with sales business units to collect qualitative market insights
• Maintain sales budgets and forecasts in close coordination with Japan HQ
• Coordinate review schedules, alignment meetings, and countermeasure discussions with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Monitor performance deviations, propose strategic countermeasures, and optimize planning processes and system utilization
• Create presentation materials for regional management meetings and support organization of internal corporate events
