Job summary

Platoon Aviation is seeking a First Officer to operate the PC‑24 fleet from Hamburg within a broker-focused B2B charter environment. You will fly commercial passengers to the highest safety and service standards while contributing to continuous improvement across operations and service.

The role emphasizes premium client experiences, open-base operations (France excluded), and a collaborative, fast-paced GA charter culture. English proficiency and EU work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Hold EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A with ATPL credits (fATPL)).
• MCC and Advanced UPRT training as per EASA.FCL.745.A.
• English ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Unrestricted EU passport and right to work in the EU.
• Valid driving licence. General Aviation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial passenger flights on the Pilatus PC‑24 to high safety and service standards.
• Support daily operations within a floating fleet model across Europe.
• Represent Platoon Aviation's premium brand and ensure client satisfaction from briefing to block-off.

You’ll work within a dynamic, broker-focused B2B charter environment and contribute proactively to continuous improvement across operations and service.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct commercial passenger flights on the Pilatus PC‑24 to the highest safety and service standards.
• Support effective daily operations within a floating fleet model across Europe.
• Represent Platoon’s premium brand and ensure exceptional client satisfaction from briefing to block‑off.
• Embrace operational variety and challenges typical of General Aviation and ad hoc charter flying.
• Contribute ideas and initiative to help refine procedures, product quality, and overall company performance.

What You’ll Bring

• License: EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL credits (fATPL).
• Training: MCC and Advanced UPRT in accordance with EASA.FCL.745.A.
• Language: English ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Eligibility: Unrestricted EU passport and unrestricted right to work in the EU.
• Other: Valid driving licence.
• General Aviation experience is advantageous.
• No flight‑hour minimum stated for this posting.
