Qualifikationen

• ATPL(A) or CPL/IR with ATPL credit (frozen ATPL) is required.
• Current Class 1 Medical.
• MCC course completed; ICAO English Level 4+ (Level 5/6 preferred).
• Right to live and work in Germany or the EU/ECAA.
• Clean criminal record and ability to obtain airport/security clearances.
• Strong CRM skills and safety-first mindset.
• German language skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings; manage navigation, comms and systems.
• Support the Captain in decision-making and workload management.
• Collaborate with cabin and ground teams to deliver punctual operations.

What you’ll do

• Operate flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and established safety management practices.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings; manage in-flight navigation, communication, and systems monitoring.
• Support the Captain in decision‑making, workload management, and threat and error management to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate closely with cabin and ground teams to deliver an excellent and punctual operation.
• Complete post‑flight duties, accurate documentation, and debriefs; provide input for continuous improvement.
• Maintain proficiency through recurrent training, checks, and participation in safety and standards initiatives.

What you bring

• Valid EASA ATPL(A) or CPL/IR with ATPL credit (frozen ATPL).
• Current Class 1 Medical.
• MCC course completed; ICAO English Level 4+ (Level 5/6 preferred).
• Right to live and work in Germany or the EU/ECAA.
