Job summary

Platoon Aviation GmbH seeks a Crew Controller to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will support and monitor flight crews, ensure compliance with duty regulations, and coordinate travel and accommodations to keep operations running seamlessly.

You will work closely with Flight Operations and internal teams, maintaining a calm, detail-oriented approach while adapting to schedule changes and weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Basic aviation knowledge (duty regulations, flight operations, crew planning).
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Calm, resilient, and composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
