Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Hamburg, Germany, is seeking a Performance & Resource Manager to join our on-site team supporting long-term Airbus projects. You will monitor business performance, KPIs, and drive resource planning and continuous improvement to enable data-driven decisions.

The role offers a permanent German contract with a 35-hour work week, relocation assistance, German language training, and tax support, plus a salary of €60,000–€75,000 gross per year with benefits.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Professional experience in Performance Management, Controlling, Resource Planning or similar analytical role.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL or Google Workspace; English B2/C1 mandatory; German B1/B2 mandatory.

• Analyse operational data, investigate root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve performance and efficiency targets.
• Implement and maintain integrated performance management processes.

• Calculate production headcount requirements and support workforce capacity planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for strategic decisions.

What we're looking for

Essential requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in Performance Management, Controlling, Resource Planning or a similar analytical role.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL or Google Workspace, depending on the technical requirements of the position.
• English B2/C1 (mandatory).
• German B1/B2 (mandatory).
• European citizenship, where required by project eligibility criteria.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, workforce forecasting or production controlling.
• Experience with process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced reporting, data visualisation or dashboard development skills.
