Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Hamburg, Germany, is seeking a Performance & Resource Manager to join our on-site team. You will monitor business performance, guide resource planning, and drive continuous improvement to support long-term Airbus projects.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and efficient production capacity planning, with a 35-hour week and a permanent German contract. Relocation assistance is available for international candidates.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Experience in Performance Management, Controlling, Resource Planning or a similar analytical role.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL or Google Workspace.
• English B2/C1 (mandatory).
• German B1/B2 (mandatory).
• European citizenship, where required by project eligibility criteria.

At Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group), a company specialising in safety-critical software and engineering solutions, we're looking for a Performance & Resource Manager to join our on-site team in Hamburg, Germany, supporting long-term strategic projects with Airbus.

You'll play a key role in business performance monitoring, resource planning and continuous improvement, helping engineering and production teams make data-driven decisions and achieve operational excellence.

Salary: €60,000–€75,000 gross/year + additional benefits

Contract: Permanent German employment contract

What we're looking for

Essential requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in Performance Management, Controlling, Resource Planning or a similar analytical role.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL or Google Workspace, depending on the technical requirements of the position.
• English B2/C1 (mandatory).
• German B1/B2 (mandatory).
• European citizenship, where required by project eligibility criteria.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, workforce forecasting or production controlling.
• Experience with process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced reporting, data visualisation or dashboard development skills.
