Кандидат будет разрабатывать структуры кампаний, аудитории и распределение бюджета, фокусировать кампании на продажах билетов и настраивать отслеживание конверсий.

Qualifications

• Опыт в перформанс-маркетинге и самостоятельное ведение рекламных кампаний.
• Хорошие знания Meta Ads и знание Google Ads.
• Опыт настройки отслеживания конверсий и анализа данных кампаний.
• Понимание связи внимания, кликов и покупок.
• Структурированный и ответственный подход к работе.
• Умение критически оценивать данные и принимать конкретные меры.
• Очень хороший уровень немецкого языка.
• Будет плюсом: английский, опыт билетов, живых мероприятий, e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, from campaign structure to evaluation
• Develop campaign structures, target audiences, and budget allocations
• Focus campaigns on ticket sales and other defined conversion goals
• Analyze campaign performance and identify specific optimizations
• Set up and verify tracking and conversion measurement
• Develop and evaluate ads, copy, and creative approaches with the team
• Regularly evaluate relevant metrics and present results clearly
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Sponsoring, and Project Management
• Develop digital marketing for WE LOVE MMA and other projects

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, from campaign structure to evaluation
• Develop campaign structures, target audiences, and budget allocations

Требования

• Experience in performance marketing and independently managing advertising campaigns
• Very good knowledge of Meta Ads and good knowledge of Google Ads
• Experience with tracking, conversion measurement, and campaign data analysis
• Understanding of how attention and clicks lead to purchases
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Ability to critically assess data and derive specific actions
• Very good German skills
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset; able to identify measures that support sales, openly flag underperforming campaigns, prioritize by impact, and communicate results clearly
