Job summary

HireHi is seeking a performance marketing professional to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads from our central Berlin office at Leipziger Platz. You will lead testing, tracking, and reporting efforts to drive ROAS and LTV while coordinating with design and social teams.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent English communication. German language and Shopify or DTC experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven results managing meaningful ad budgets on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4 and platform analytics.
• Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Clear written and spoken English; ability to communicate in English.
• Right to work in Germany.
• Nice-to-have: German, e-commerce or DTC experience (Shopify), LinkedIn Ads, creator- and UGC-driven ad formats, ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, GA4, and tagging tools.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across brands and client accounts.
• Build clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps.
• Support client communication through strategy calls, performance reviews, and recommendations.
• Scout and test new channels such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and creator-led ads.

• Run structured creative and audience tests, and brief the design and social teams on production based on performance data
• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM structure
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across brands and client accounts
• Build clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps
• Support client communication for EcoBeam Studio accounts through strategy calls, performance reviews, and recommendations
• Scout and test new channels, such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and creator-led ads

• A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to explain why campaigns work or do not
• Clear written and spoken English
