Jobtailor seeks a highly skilled Performance Creative specialist to craft high-impact digital ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. You will design static visuals, carousels, and video assets while shaping short-form content and AI-driven visuals.

You’ll leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, collaborate with our Performance Marketing team, and help elevate the brand with premium, consistent creatives in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in performance creative, digital design, or creative advertising.
• Portfolio featuring successful ads and video creatives.
• Excellent eye for design, visual language, and storytelling.
• Experience with performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or Veo.
• Understanding of A/B testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
• Independent, structured approach to work.
• Creativity combined with data-driven thinking.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or premium lifestyle sector is a plus.
• Experience working with UGC creators and influencer content is a plus.
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising is a plus.
• Experience with photo and video shoots is a plus.
• Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing is a plus.
