LA RED GmbH is seeking an HR Operations specialist in Berlin to optimize and manage day-to-day HR processes across contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll preparation. You will leverage tools like Personio/HiBob/Workday, Excel and Google Sheets to surface patterns in data, propose improvements, and drive automation while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a proactive, structured approach.

Qualifikationen

• You have 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• You have worked with operational HR processes including contracts, onboarding and offboarding, and payroll preparation.
• You have used HR tools and are proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• You can identify patterns in data and present them clearly.
• You think in terms of processes and enjoy analyzing and optimizing them.
• You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent way and stay organized with many details.
• You are interested in automation and new tools (AI) and apply them pragmatically.
• You are reliable, discreet and handle sensitive data responsibly.
• You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have business-level English.

3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role

Experience with operational HR processes (e.g., contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll preparation)

You have worked with an HR tool (e.g., Personio, HiBob, Workday) and are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

Ideally you have a strong understanding of data and can identify patterns and present them clearly

You think in terms of processes and are eager to analyze and optimize them

You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with details

You are interested in automation and new tools (e.g., in the field of AI) and apply them pragmatically

You are reliable, discreet, and handle sensitive data responsibly

You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business‑level command of English

You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
