LA RED GmbH in Berlin sucht eine/n Berufseinsteiger/in im Bereich Projektmanagement. Sie bringen eine passende Ausbildung oder ein Bachelor-Studium im Bereich BWL, Kommunikation oder Medien mit und verfügen idealerweise über erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkverträge.

Sie arbeiten strukturiert, behalten den Überblick und treiben Projekte aktiv voran. Sie leben in Berlin, sprechen fließend Deutsch und Business-Englisch, sind neugierig, teamorientiert und arbeiten gerne an

Qualifications

• Bachelor-/Fachausbildung in BWL, Kommunikation oder Medien oder Ausbildung im Marketing-Kommunikation.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement durch Praktika, Werkstudentenstellen oder Junior-Projektmanagement ideal.
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Social Media, Digital-Kampagnen oder Content-Produktion.
• Gutes Zahlenverständnis, Budget- und Aufwand-Bewusstsein.
• Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Überblick behalten, aktiv ins Team einbringen.
• Lernbereitschaft, Projektgestaltung und Verantwortungsübernahme.
• Wohnsitz in Berlin, Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, Englisch Business-Level.
• Offenheit, Neugier, Humor und Teamfähigkeit.

Job description

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or media, or vocational training in marketing communication.

Initial exposure to project management at an agency—e.g., through internships, part-time student jobs, or, ideally, as a junior project manager.

Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience with social media, digital campaigns, or content production.

A solid basic understanding of numbers and the relationship between effort, costs, and project success.

You work in a structured manner, maintain a clear overview, and contribute proactively to the team.

You’re eager to learn, help shape projects, and take on responsibility.

You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business-level command of English.

And: You’re curious, open-minded, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy working well with others.
