Job summary

HDI IT sucht eine/n leitende/n Softwareentwicklungsmanager/in zur Führung der Teams im ART Underwriting. Sie übernehmen Disziplin, Organisation und Budgetverantwortung und treiben AI-gestützte Entwicklungspraktiken voran.

Zudem bauen Sie AI-Kompetenz auf, fördern Engineering-Exzellenz und schaffen eine vertrauensbasierte, offene Arbeitskultur. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Capabilities-Manager und Architekten formt die AI-Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung in agilen Softwareteams (SAFe bevorzugt).
• Erfahrung in KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil.
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Entwicklungs- und Architekturmanagement.
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenzen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).

Profil

• Successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar education and training
• Several years of relevant leadership experience, particularly in the context of agile software development teams (SAFe preferred)
• Proven experience in driving engineering excellence, preferably including first experience with AI-assisted software development
• In-depth knowledge of development methods and architectural management techniques
• Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring, and empowerment
• Well-developed communication and conflict management skills
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
