With the aim of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a
People & Culture Specialist (f/m/x) - Germany and Austria.
The People & Culture (P&C) Specialist (f/m/x) plays a pivotal role in implementing global and regional P&C strategies at the local level. This position ensures legal compliance, operational excellence, and employee engagement across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor to the local management team and a liaison to HQ, the P&C Specialist supports business continuity and fosters a positive workplace culture.
