Zusammenfassung

Vetaion GmbH in Garching near Munich is seeking a People & Culture Manager to build our people function. You will own hiring, HR processes and people operations, working directly with the Founder to shape an ambitious culture that blends engineering, operations and production.

This role offers ownership from scratch, an ESOP, and a path to scale a unique company at the forefront of automated production, with a modern office on site and a collaborative, high-performance team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university with top grades.
• Get things done mentality: prioritising progress and results over process.
• Humble, low ego, not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Multiple years of experience in People and Culture.
• All-rounder with experience across all P&C areas: hiring, people ops, and everything around it.
• Strong communicator native in German and fluent in English
