Join is seeking a People & Culture Manager to build our people function from the ground up in Garching near Munich. You will own hiring, HR processes, and people operations, working directly with the Founder to shape our culture as we scale.

You'll hire across diverse profiles, develop HR tooling, and establish processes that support a fast-growing technical and production-focused company. This is a unique chance to define how we work and grow with the company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university with top grades.
• Get things done mentality: prioritising progress and results over process.
• Humble, low ego, not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Multiple years of experience in People and Culture.
• All-rounder with experience across all P&C areas: hiring, people ops, and everything around it.
• Strong communicator, native German and fluent English.
