Zusammenfassung

DocMorris AG is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end Dutch payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely payments. You will maintain Workday data, manage CAO compliance and collaborate with Finance and People Ops to resolve complex issues.

The role supports process automation, documentation, and coaching of junior colleagues, within a flexible hybrid work framework that balances autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on Dutch payroll experience in-house, outsourced, or hybrid setups.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and CAO implementations.
• Excellent accuracy, analytical skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas and financial reconciliations.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch or German helpful.

• Drive end-to-end Dutch payroll processing to ensure accurate, compliant monthly payouts.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance and external partners to resolve complex cases efficiently.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday including time tracking, contracts, variable pay and absences.
• Support monthly and annual financial reconciliations, tax audits and social security reporting.
• Lead process improvements, controls, and automation to reduce cycle times and errors.
• Mentor juniors in a collaborative, consensus-driven environment.

Challenge

You won't just process payroll; you will own end-to-end Dutch payroll operations. You will maintain clean Workday data, handle CAO (CLA) compliance, manage time and contract inputs, and coordinate handovers with Finance, People Operations, and external partners. Additionally, you will drive process automation, build documentation, and support junior colleagues to continuously elevate the team's quality standards.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end Dutch payroll processing to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely monthly payouts.

• Collaborate transparently with People Ops, Finance, and external partners to resolve complex cases efficiently.

• Maintain data integrity in Workday while managing time tracking, contracts, variable pay, and absences.

• Support monthly/annual financial reconciliations, tax audits, and social security reporting.

• Spearhead process optimisations, structural controls, and automation initiatives to minimise cycle times and eliminate errors.

• Guide and support junior colleagues in an empathetic, consensus-driven environment.

• Solid hands-on experience (3+ years) managing Dutch payroll in an in-house, outsourced, or hybrid environment.

• Strong mastery of Dutch labour legislation and practical experience with Collective Labour Agreements (CAO).

• Exceptional precision, strong analytical skills, and a proactive ownership mindset.

• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial reconciliations).

• Professional fluency in English; functional knowledge of Dutch or German is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Hands-on proficiency with Workday or modern HRIS payroll modules.

• Experience with process optimisation, automation, or audit controls.

• Exposure to multi-country payroll coordination or Employer of Record (EoR) setups.
