Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Leader to manage and develop a patient support team across onsite and remote environments. You will coach, hire, and train staff, ensuring medication access and efficient pharmacy workflows while coordinating with hospital stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a registered Pharmacy Technician with CPhT, 3+ years in the role, and strong leadership, organizational, and system experience in Willow/QS1/RX30.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration + CPhT certification.
• 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (specialty preferred).
• Leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred or in progress).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Operational and project management expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Experience with pharmacy/EMR systems Willow, QS1, RX30.
• Highly organized, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

• Lead team meetings, track performance, and identify improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and process enhancements.
• Manage PTO, timekeeping, and reporting.
• Coordinate training and system access.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare data.
