Overview

HR Business Partner at The Bicester Collection – As our Partnerships Manager (m/f/d), you will develop the key and strategic relationships with local and national partners and supports the Senior Partnerships Manager with international partners and the development of the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) program, to promote the Village and attract cosmopolitan, savvy and sophisticated guests.

Key responsibilities

• You will promote Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village to consolidate Brand awareness and positioning
• You will build, maintain and develop strong relationships with both local and national partners, including Destination Marketing Organizations, hotel groups, concierge associations and local attractions etc.
• You will develop new partnerships with the expat communities, international schools, International cultural Associations
• You will develop relationships with 4/5* hotels to build shopping packages, working with the hotel to encourage their guests to discover, shop and recommend all villages of The Bicester Collection
• You will develop local partnerships with corporate bodies including credit card companies, banks, high net worth businesses and closed user groups to increase the usage of all transport solutions and purchase of packages and gift cards
• You will build a MICE strategy to promote the Village as a recognisable venue for Incentives and Events

About You

• Proven experience in a sales position within the Hotel, Tourism industry and/ or MICE industry, broad European/international experience would be advantageous
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality or premium or luxury brand segments
• Sound knowledge of the travel, fashion and retail industry
• Good knowledge of regional and national tourism activities and resorts
• Experience with targeting inbound and outbound Tour Operators
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English and German language, any other language would be beneficial
