SAP Fioneer is seeking a Partner Strategy - Banking leader to shape strategic value narratives for core banking, payments, and cash management across global banks. You will operate at the intersection of banking strategy, executive advisory, and high-impact presales.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, translate industry developments into strategic guidance, and drive large-scale presales engagements. Fluency in English required; German is an advantage; extensive travel may be required.

Requirements

• 10+ years in banking strategy, digital transformation, or solution advisory, ideally in a top-tier consultancy, financial institution, or software provider.
• Deep subject‑matter expertise in core banking or payments, banking operating models, and regulatory context.
• Strong track record in strategic presales, value advisory, or customer‑facing product strategy roles.
• Proven ability to influence and engage C-level executives, articulate compelling value stories, and shape solution direction.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
