Job summary

SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a Solution Consultant - Core Banking to help modernize the technology landscape for financial institutions. You will combine business analysis, banking expertise, and technology know-how to translate customer requirements into future-ready solutions.

In this role you will work closely with customers, sales, product management, and delivery teams, shaping new banking product concepts and demonstrating value through tailored presentations and proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in implementing digital transformation or technology-driven projects
• Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges

What You'll Do

• Support the conceptualization and design of new banking products, business capabilities, and customer-specific solution enhancements
• Identify and assess emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting the banking industry
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for customers
• Create and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to business and IT stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in implementing digital transformation or technology-driven projects; experience in Financial Services is beneficial
• Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation; prior SAP experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong customer focus with a proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver value
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges
