Job summary

Vantage Towers, based in Berlin, is expanding its RTT team to strengthen mobile infrastructure across Germany. You will manage site acquisition projects, budget planning, and ensure legal validity and compliance while coordinating with internal departments.

Ideal candidates have technical or legal background, experience in mobile site acquisition or real estate operations, strong real estate and project management knowledge, and fluent German with good English.

Responsibilities

• Site Acquisition & Project Implementation: handle acquisition, contract and property management and marketing.
• Project Planning & Budget Management: create schedules, deadlines, allocate resources and manage budgets.
• Legal Validity & Compliance: ensure compliance with approval guidelines, balancing quality and cost.
• Contracts & Systems: manage rental and usage contracts for telecom facilities.
• Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration: oversee acceptance of services through to handover.

Your Responsibilities:

• Site Acquisition & Project Implementation: You implement commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract management, property management, and marketing .
• Project Planning & Budget Management: You independently create project schedules, establish deadlines, allocate resources for regional projects, and manage project budgets by coordinating with financial planning and monitoring expenses.
• Legal Validity & Compliance: You ensure legal validity and compliance with approval guidelines while considering quality and cost-effectiveness requirements.
• Contracts & Systems: You are responsible for rental and usage contracts related to the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities.
• Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration: You monitoring the acceptance of acquisition services until handover to the relevant departments.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Completed studies in a technical or legal field.
• Professional Experience: Practical experience in mobile site acquisition or in real estate operations.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and project management.
• Soft Skills: Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
