Zusammenfassung

Vantage Towers is seeking a seasoned real estate/sales professional to drive landlord relations and site acquisition in Germany. You will execute strategy, establish opportunities, and present offers to landlords with professional~, persuasive communication.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/real estate, fluent German and English (C1), and willingness to travel. Hybrid work, strong vendor management, and a networked approach to securing sites are expected.

Responsibilities

• Execution of the Vantage Towers strategy to drive business success
• Establishing opportunities with landlords through telephone, email, or other effective communication channels
• Preparing and presenting purchase offers to landlords professionally and persuasively
• Managing external service providers to achieve both corporate and individual targets
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with landlords by understanding their needs and fostering cooperation
• Acting as a key point of contact for the German site acquisition team to identify and support new opportunities

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable sales qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or the real estate industry
• Extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and its dynamics
• Solid experience in managing vendors or networks of agencies and teams in the real estate field
• Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements with landlords
• Proficiency in various negotiation tools and tactics to effectively convince landlords
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
• Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1)
