Job summary

Allianz Consulting in Munich seeks a seasoned executive to lead AI transformation initiatives across the Germany & CE pillar, shaping strategy, governance, and delivery.

You will mentor Engagement Managers and Consultants, guiding AI-enabled delivery at pace while aligning with regulatory and ethical requirements.

Develop long-term client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and contribute to Allianz Consulting's strategic growth in a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in operational business or management consulting, project and program management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive AI transformation at scale with a strong understanding of AI strategy, governance, ethics, and organizational change management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills on Allianz Executive Level.
• Ability to inspire and upskill teams on AI and GenAI by setting the strategic vision, role-modelling adoption, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Enthusiast about working in a diverse and international environment with the ability to inspire, motivate, train and develop others.
• Ability to manage different stakeholders and management levels.
• Strong analytical thinking skills that help you organize and prioritize your tasks.
• Knowledge of training methods in the insurance and financial services sector, as well as consulting methods, tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of Customer Contact Center environments within Allianz Operating Entities is a strong plus
• Ideally cross-OE experience in Contact Center related functions as well as a solid network towards Contact Centers key players within Allianz, and beyond
• Openness to innovation and the willingness to foresee and drive transformation.
• Excellent command of English and German

Responsibilities

• Manage client teams and be accountable for client relationships, quality of deliverables and achievement of project milestones, acting on behalf of or at the recommendation of the Managing Partner
• Empower Engagement Managers and Consultants to lead their project teams to successfully achieve all set objectives, while coaching and mentoring them and supporting their development, and ensure a healthy and motivated staff rotation
• Actively champion the adoption of AI and GenAI across the Germany & CE pillar - sponsoring AI initiatives, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver AI-enabled consulting solutions at pace and scale
• Provide senior leadership and oversight for AI transformation engagements: ensuring that AI strategies, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmaps are aligned with Allianz's regulatory, ethical, and business requirements
• Model the use of AI tools in day-to-day leadership activities - driving a culture of curiosity, upskilling, and AI-enabled delivery quality throughout the Germany & CE team
• Build long-term relationships with clients and assist in uncovering future business opportunities and developing solutions to their needs
• Contribute to the development of Allianz Consulting's expertise in our strategic development areas
• Contribute to the achievement of all objectives and deliverables by meeting the team's mutually agreed revenue, cost and profit KPIs
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions - including AI, digital and regulatory developments - to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
