Job summary

Allianz Services, part of Allianz Consulting, seeks a senior consultant to lead client engagements, drive AI-enabled business transformation and ensure delivery excellence. You will develop innovative concepts, manage client relationships and contribute to pitches under guidance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in insurance/consultancy, strong program mgmt, and proven coaching abilities. International exposure is valued and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Operational insurance business and/or consultancy experience for more than 5 years.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks and consult clients on AI adoption.
• Project and Program Management methods, process development and continuous improvement.
• Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re‑organisation, plus training and lecturing.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with conceptual and implementation experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills.
• Strategic and operational management experience.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments.
• Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them.
• Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the assigned tasks until completion.
• Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects.
• General contribution to Allianz Consulting.
• Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training.

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience.
• Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills.
• Strategic and operational management experience.

• Extensive insurance business experience and knowledge.
• Extensive project experience.
• International work experience (minimum 24 months).
• Prior leadership experience.
• Trained in project management.
