Job summary

Allianz Consulting is seeking a capable junior/associate consultant to join our global team. You will work with client teams, analyze needs, and craft concrete AI-driven solutions, while supporting business development and knowledge sharing across internal projects.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, problem solving, and strong English communication in a diverse, international environment. A university degree and at least one year in consulting are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
• Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached.
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
• Your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions).
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.
