Allianz Consulting in Germany is seeking an experienced consultant to work with client teams, bear responsibility for tasks, quality of deliverables, and meeting project milestones. You will manage communications, timelines, and contribute to business development under an Engagement Manager while growing Allianz Consulting's expertise in AI and transformation across diverse, international client engagements.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel will help present analyses to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of AI frameworks and advising on AI adoption for business transformation.
• Experience in project management, change management or transformation initiatives.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; prioritisation of tasks.

Key Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout.
• Mastery of working and communicating with diverse audiences and seniority levels.
• Affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help organize and prioritise tasks.
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
• Excellent command of English, used in preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (capable of complex functions).
• Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Your international experience, or fluency in German or other languages, would be valued.
