Job summary

GetYourGuide is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist to support our global Partner network from Berlin. This maternity cover role focuses on resolving inquiries about payments, bookings and accounts, while working with Finance, Marketing, Growth and Product teams to drive partner satisfaction and growth.

You’ll contribute to team KPIs, tackle partner challenges, and explore innovative approaches including AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support GetYourGuide’s key Partners, including Content Creators and Travel Agents, by resolving inquiries regarding payments, bookings, accounts, and technical support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Growth and Product teams to troubleshoot Partner issues and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to achieving team targets and KPIs.
• Identify challenges and opportunities and communicate them proactively.
• Support teammates and adopt new tools and approaches to improve efficiency.

Team mission

We are looking for a passionate and task driven individual to join us as a Partner Engagement Specialist. You will be working with our Partner teams in driving growth to our global business and ensuring continued success of our diverse Partner network. This team is part of the Care department at the company and the position is based in Berlin. Note that this position is to cover for a maternity leave and ends on April 1st 2028.

Your mission

• Support GetYourGuide’s key Partners, including Content Creators and Travel Agents, by efficiently resolving inquiries regarding payments, bookings, accounts, and technical support
• Contribute to achieving the team’s targets and meet individual KPIs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders from Finance, Marketing, Growth and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve Partner related issues and challenges
• Handle other recurring tasks in the Partner space to optimize GYG and Partner interests
• Proactively identify and communicate challenges and opportunities
• Contribute to incremental improvements and execute predefined innovative tasks
• Learn how new ideas (including AI and other emerging tools) are applied in practice to improve efficiency, quality, speed, or Partner outcomes
• Participate actively in team rituals and flag opportunities to improve ways of working
• Give and receive feedback openly and respectfully
• Support peers and be willing to try new approaches
• Works well with your team and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
