Job summary

GetYourGuide is hiring at its Berlin HQ to drive a high-impact agentic platform. You will own the platform enabling teams to build agentic workflows, and lead hiring and performance discussions on the Engineering side as part of a cross-functional group shaping the roadmap and portfolio.

You will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and Designers to deliver scalable internal tools and LLМ workflows, balancing technical excellence with user-centric product thinking.

Own an agentic platform allowing teams to create agentic workflows by abstracting the underlying infrastructure.

Your mission

• Build and maintain an opinionated platform for agentic workflows, allowing mission teams to focus on delivering business value


• Be responsible for all hiring and performance management topics on the Engineering side, helping your engineers reach their full potential


• Partner closely with your peers and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and portfolio allocation, and drive high-impact delivery

Your toolkit

• You have a strong sense of ownership, ensuring that technical and project plans are aligned with your stakeholders & team members for delivery


• You approach the domain of agentic workflows with a product mindset, considering Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers as your customers.


• Enjoy complex topics with an open mind and eye for simplicity.


• Have a passion for people and support and coach your engineers without going into micromanagement mode.


• Proven technical background in building secure, high-impact internal tools and LLM workflows

• Hands-on experience with modern AI agent frameworks (e.g., Codex or Claude) and evaluation platforms (e.g., Braintrust).


• Background in establishing agent safety, sandboxing execution environments, or managing identity and access controls for autonomous AI workflows.


• Familiarity with developer experience benchmarking, observability tools, and LLM cost and routing optimization.
