- Teach part-time doctoral courses in Artificial Intelligence within Anderson University's Ed.D. in Leadership and Artificial Intelligence
- Teach courses in foundations of AI, machine learning and generative AI, AI ethics, cybersecurity and AI risk management, digital transformation and AI innovation, applied doctoral research, and capstone projects
- Connect current AI developments with leadership and organizational practice
- Use case studies, applied projects, simulations, and contemporary organizational challenges
- Mentor doctoral students in applied research
- Advise students as they translate research into organizational solutions
- Participate, when appropriate, in the Responsible AI Leadership Capstone

Requirements
- An earned terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Sc., D.B.A., D.Eng., D.C.S., or other appropriate doctorate) from an appropriately accredited institution
- Graduate education, scholarship, research, and/or significant professional expertise related to the course or courses to be taught
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary artificial intelligence and its application within organizations
- Ability to teach and mentor students at the doctoral level in an academically rigorous and professionally relevant environment
- Ability to teach effectively in online, hybrid, and intensive-residency formats
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Anderson University
- Significant academic and/or professional expertise appropriate to the doctoral course or courses taught
- Preference may be given for professional AI implementation or leadership experience, generative AI/LLM/machine learning expertise, enterprise AI implementation, AI governance and ethics, doctoral-level teaching, dissertation or capstone supervision, and continuing engagement with the AI field
