Jobtailor is seeking a high-level AI Architect to shape the strategic AI vision for the banking of the future. You will translate data, security, and identity innovations into secure, scalable applications that meet regulatory standards.

You will lead architectural decisions and guide AI technology adoption across the business. In this role you will drive GenAI initiatives, enable autonomous workflows, and collaborate with Tribes and Squads to integrate agent frameworks in regulated

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a related field and several years of AI experience
• Extensive Python and deep learning/GAN/GenAI stack expertise
• Knowledge of AI architectures, LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases, LLMOps, and cloud-native AI services
• Strong strategic thinking with agile development experience
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
• Willingness to travel for cross-location collaboration

• Shape the implementation of the strategic AI vision for the banking of the future
• Translate technological innovations at the intersection of data, security, and identity into secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant applications
• Act as a technological thought leader for modern AI architectures and take responsibility for the strategic advancement of AI technologies relevant to the business
• Evaluate new technologies, define architectural principles, and establish technical standards for the secure and scalable use of AI in banking
• Support complex AI use cases from technical conception through production integration into existing platforms and ecosystems
• Advise business units on the transition to autonomous agentic workflows
• Support Tribes and Squads in selecting and integrating suitable agent frameworks in regulated environments
• Provide technological leadership for business-critical flagship projects in Generative and Agentic AI
• Collaborate across locations with colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders
• Report to the SGS Lead

Requirements

• Successfully completed Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or physics, together with several years of relevant professional experience in AI, or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive expertise in Python and modern deep learning and GenAI stacks
• Knowledge of AI architectures, LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases, LLMOps, and cloud-native AI services
• Strong technological depth combined with strategic understanding
• Confident working with agile development processes
• Ability to evaluate AI in terms of business viability, scalability, and quality
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in an audience-appropriate manner, including at C-level
• Fluent German, at least C1 level
• Good English, B2 level
• Willingness to embrace change, take responsibility, and respond flexibly to situations and challenges
• High level of commitment and willingness to travel due to collaboration across locations
