Zusammenfassung

Smart Hire is seeking an Outbound Recruitment Resourcer to service and deliver clients' recruitment campaigns, while growing those accounts. You will drive candidate attraction, create job descriptions, and short list candidates to meet client needs.

The role is hybrid with 30 hours per week: three days in Sheffield and two days from home, offering a £22,000 annual salary plus potential bonus. You will build relationships and educate customers on new products to improve vacancy performance.

• Support a culture where the focus is on delivering satisfying customer experience which builds long term profitable relationships through regular communications with both current and lapsed customers.

Job Description Outbound Recruitment Resourcer

Smart Hire is National Worlds in-house recruitment service. We provide a range of recruitment solutions to companies throughout the UK at a fixed fee cost. Smart Hire allows our customers to harness the power of National World, the UK's fastest growing regional publisher for your recruitment needs.

We are currently looking for a motivated, inquisitive and confident Outbound Recruitment Resourcer to join our existing team. The successful candidate will service and successfully deliver clients' requirements for their recruitment campaigns, as well as growing those accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Account management for Smart Hire & Agency services
• Creating job descriptions and online assessments for individual campaigns
