Zusammenfassung

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG sucht einen Organizational Development Consultant (m/w/d) zur Leitung globaler Beratungsprojekte. Sie gestalten Change-Prozesse, entwickeln Teams weiter und arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften zusammen, um Unternehmensziele nachhaltig zu implementieren.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, mindestens 5 Jahre HR/OD-Erfahrung sowie starke Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit. Reisebereitschaft bis 10–20% und Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten sind vorgesehen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR- oder Organisationsentwicklung, idealerweise international.
• Erfahrung in Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.
• Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen.

Aufgaben

• Leitung oder Mitwirkung in Organisationsberatungsprojekten inkl. globaler Interventionen und Transformationsprogrammen.
• Gestaltung, Durchführung und Moderation von Team- und Führungskräfteentwicklungsmaßnahmen.
• Ganzheitliches Change-Management, Steuerung externer Dienstleister im Verantwortungsbereich.
• Integration von HR-Funktionen in Change-Projekten und Aufbau lokaler Implementierungsstrukturen.

Organizational Development Consultant (m/w/d)

• Leadership in Organizational Consulting Projects: You will lead projects or actively participate in major organizational consulting projects. This includes accompanying global interventions, strategic initiatives, corporate culture projects, reorganizations, and enterprise-level transformations. You will shape the entire consulting process, design change and team development measures according to global standards/benchmarks, and implement them purposefully.
• Team Development: You will design, conduct, and moderate team-oriented development measures in all global business units of KARL STORZ, utilizing recognized OD tools and models.
• Leadership Development: You will create individual leadership and executive development measures using diagnostic tools and implement them, for example, through coaching activities.
• Project Management and Stakeholder Management: You will holistically manage change projects and control external service providers within your area of responsibility.
• Integration of HR Functions: You will enable local HR functions to implement change and development activities as part of change projects.

Your Talents

• A completed university degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources and/or organizational development, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience in supporting individual and organizational change processes as well as development measures.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Conceptual abilities and holistic methodological competence.
• Convincing presence, empathy, and assertiveness.
• Advantageous: Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) and systemic coaching training.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
