More about the role
  • Process and validate customer orders in SAP R3 ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare required export documentation; communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays and shipments
  • Arrange global transportation in close collaboration with our distribution centre
  • Monitor and track international shipments to ensure safe and on‑time arrival
  • Support return processing and generate necessary documentation
  • Contribute to departmental projects and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation
More about you
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years of experience in order management and export
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation
  • Proficient in SAP (Order‑to‑Cash, returns, logistics) and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and good English skills (B1 or higher)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure
Nice to have
  • Certification in foreign trade or dangerous goods (IATA)
  • Experience in an international company
  • Additional languages such as Spanish or French
