Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in the business field, including work experience.
• Independent, organized approach to work and a collaborative team spirit.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Strong technical understanding—ideally in the field of audio/hi-fi.
• Interest in music, analog playback, and audiophile equipment.
• Willingness to travel, including on weekends (driver’s license required).

Aufgaben

• Processing orders from Germany and abroad (via email/phone).
• Working with a modern inventory management system.
• Managing our online store and preparing reports.
• Placing orders for goods and services.
• Communicating with and supporting our authorized dealers throughout Germany.
• On-site visits focused in Southern Germany and participation in trade shows/events (worldwide occasionally).

• A variety of office management tasks, including:
  • Managing our online store
  • Preparing reports
  • Placing orders for goods and services
• Communicating with and supporting our authorized dealers throughout Germany
• during on-site visits (focus: Southern Germany)
• at trade shows and events in Germany (occasionally worldwide as well)
