Join is seeking a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant for a long-term, remote freelance engagement. The role blends functional payroll expertise with hands-on troubleshooting and integration tasks.

You will manage complex payroll configurations, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud interfaces, with high-standard English communication in a global setting.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with strong payroll expertise.
• Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL/HSDL.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex payroll and integration issues.
• Good knowledge of Fast Formula and external payroll interfaces.
• Very good English skills.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
