Job summary

Scalable Capital is seeking a detail‑minded Corporate Actions Analyst to own reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes. You will support corporate action event analysis, identify data patterns, and work with external partners to ensure smooth processing.

You will help develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support rapid growth while leveraging your knowledge of banking operations and corporate actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or apprenticeship in finance or banking is required.
• Experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management is preferred.
• Solid grounding in securities trading and banking operations is expected.
• Deep understanding of corporate actions and related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes.
• Analyze corporate actions, identify patterns, correlate data, and investigate issues.
• Communicate with external partners to ensure smooth corporate action processing.

Job Description

• You will own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services
• You will support the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing
• You take over communication with our external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions
• You will assist to develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• You gained initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management (prior middle or back-office experience in a bank is a plus)
• You have solid grounding in securities trading and general banking operations, alongside a foundational knowledge of financial operations
• You bring a deep understanding of corporate actions and their corresponding banking processes
• Prior proficiency in tools like WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact is a plus
• You possess an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, enabling you to detect and resolve operational issues efficiently
• You thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and demonstrate strong prioritization skills—effectively ranking urgent tasks and escalating critical topics to meet strict daily cut-offs
• You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise professionally with external partners
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
• You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
