Ro Trans Freight is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dispatch and operations team, optimize fleet performance, and ensure reliable service for customers.

You will oversee daily trucking operations, manage dispatchers and drivers, monitor load planning and on-time delivery, and ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations. This role offers growth, a competitive bonus program, and a collaborative work environment in the USA.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in trucking operations or fleet management.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance.
• Experience with TMS, ELD, and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Experience with safety and driver performance management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
