Tasks

• Planning and managing truck tours in compliance with legal regulations, in particular driving and rest periods
• Purchase and sale of loads, directly and via portals/freight exchanges
• Scheduling, taking into account legal, qualitative and economic aspects
• Communication with drivers, customers and partners, also in cross-border traffic
• Checking freight documents and monitoring transport processing
• Customer care and complaint processing

Qualifications

• Training as a forwarding and logistics agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in truck dispatching
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Regional local knowledge in Bavaria
• Confident handling of legal requirements for driving and rest times
