Limehome GmbH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations for our Stuttgart properties and nearby region. Based in Stuttgart, you will work hands-on with local teams, service providers, and property managers to ensure seamless daily operations and a trusted local presence.

You will drive KPIs, monitor P&L, and participate in pre-opening go-lives, while building strong relationships with landlords and service partners.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, Facilities and 3+ years of hands-on ops/hospitality experience.
• Strong process orientation and a data-driven mindset with KPI tracking.

As Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our properties in Stuttgart and the surrounding region, you will own and shape end-to-end operational performance. Based in Stuttgart, this is a highly versatile, hands‑on role for a pragmatic operations professional who enjoys being close to the product, managing external service providers across multiple locations, and acting as the trusted local face of Limehome.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Operational ownership: Ensure smooth daily operations across our multi-site portfolio by closely coordinating with local teams, service providers, and property managers, supported by regular on-site visits.

• Process & KPI drive: You ensure all properties meet Limehome’s quality standards and monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to drive operational performance and profitability.

• Pre-opening & go-live: You take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring operational readiness and seamless handovers.

• Supplier & Partner management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.), ensuring service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Problem-solving & adaptability: Act quickly and pragmatically in dynamic situations, creating or adapting processes on demand and navigating complex operational and stakeholder environments.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with our international Operations team and internal stakeholders (Guest Experience, Project Development, Expansion, etc.) to improve performance, scalability, and guest experience across markets.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• A degree/ vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, Facilities and 3+ years of hands‑on experience within operations or the hospitality industry.

• Strong process orientation and a data-driven mindset, using KPIs and SOPs to maintain high quality standards and drive continuous improvements.

• Clear, professional, and diplomatic communication skills and confident in building strong partnerships with landlords, suppliers, and key stakeholders, while handling challenging situations or negotiations smoothly.

• Based in Stuttgart or the surrounding area (with flexibility for regional travel), ready to take full ownership of a growing region and ensure high operational performance.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, a pragmatic "get-things-done" mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities under pressure.

• Very good communication skills in both German (C1) and English (C1).

• You hold a valid driver’s license and are open to regional travel.
