Limehome GmbH is seeking an Operations Manager for NRW and surrounding regions. You will own end-to-end operations across multiple sites, coordinating with local teams and service providers, and serving as the local face of Limehome.

Applicants bring 2–3 years in operations or hospitality, strong process orientation, and excellent German and English communication. Based in the Greater Ruhr area with travel as needed, you will help drive quality, profitability, and guest experience.

• Operational ownership: Ensure smooth daily operations across our multi-site portfolio by coordinating with local teams, service providers, and property managers, with regular on-site visits.
• Process & KPI drive: Monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to drive operational performance and profitability.
• Pre-opening & go-live: Contribute to pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties ensuring operational readiness.
• Supplier & Partner management: Build and maintain relationships with key service providers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Problem-solving & adaptability: Respond quickly in dynamic situations and adapt processes as needed.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with the international Operations team and internal stakeholders to improve performance and guest experience across markets.

As Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our properties in NRW and the surrounding region, you will own and shape end-to-end operational performance. This is a highly versatile, hands-on role for a pragmatic operations professional who enjoys being close to the product, managing external service providers across multiple locations, and acting as the trusted local face of Limehome.

How you'll be hosting with heart:

• Operational ownership: Ensure smooth daily operations across our multi-site portfolio by closely coordinating with local teams, service providers, and property managers, supported by regular on-site visits.


• Process & KPI drive: You ensure all properties meet Limehome's quality standards and monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to drive operational performance and profitability.


• Pre-opening & go-live: You take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring operational readiness and seamless handovers.


• Supplier & Partner management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.), ensuring service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.


• Problem-solving & adaptability: Act quickly and pragmatically in dynamic situations, creating or adapting processes on demand and navigating complex operational and stakeholder environments.


• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with our international Operations team and internal stakeholders (Guest Experience, Project Development, Expansion, etc.) to improve performance, scalability, and guest experience across markets.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience within operations, multi-site management or the hospitality industry.


• Strong process orientation and a data-driven mindset, using KPIs and SOPs to maintain high quality standards and drive continuous improvements.


• Clear, professional, and diplomatic communication skills and confident in building strong partnerships with landlords, suppliers, and key stakeholders, while handling challenging situations or negotiations smoothly.


• Based in Greater Ruhr area or the surrounding area (with flexibility for occasional regional travel), ready to take full ownership of a growing region and ensure high operational performance.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, a pragmatic \"get-things-done\" mindset, strong resilience under pressure and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities under pressure.


• Very good communication skills in both German (C1) and English (C1).
