Locke Berlin at Eastside Gallery is seeking an Operations Manager to steer day-to-day hotel performance. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and broader operations, ensuring seamless service, impeccable standards and confident issue resolution to deliver memorable guest experiences.

With a commercial mindset, you will drive profitability, support budgeting and cost control, coach teams, and uphold brand standards.

• At least five years' experience within hotel operations.
• A minimum of two years' leadership experience in a management role.
• Experience delivering strong operational, commercial and guest satisfaction results.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional financial acumen and understanding of hotel revenue streams.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - LOCKE BERLIN AT EASTSIDE GALLERY

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the hotel. Leading multiple departments, you'll inspire high-performing teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure every part of the operation runs seamlessly. With a strong commercial mindset, you'll maximise performance, drive profitability and champion operational excellence, while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and brand delivery.

• Knowledge of PMS, POS and operational software
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

YOUR PROVEN TRACK
