• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, personality, and professionalism throughout the night.
• Deliver seamless late check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and overnight guest support.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, completing overnight checks and ensuring the hotel is always guest-ready.
• Share local knowledge and personalised recommendations to enhance every stay, no matter the time of day.
• Support our public spaces, ensuring they remain clean, inviting, and aligned with our brand standards.
• Work collaboratively across departments, supporting hotel operations and responding to the needs of our guests throughout the night. Be a collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

YOUR PROVEN TRACK

• Previous experience in a hotel, guest services, reception, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS and POS platforms.
• Experience handling guest requests, reservations, and operational tasks with confidence.
• Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
