Job summary

comanos GmbH is seeking an offshore maintenance technician to support wind turbine maintenance, inspections and component replacements. The role includes performing upgrades and technical updates, inspecting foundations, and reporting defects.

You will work offshore on a 14-day rotation, with English language proficiency required and German advantageous. The position offers a permanent contract, extensive training, PPE provided, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have technical, electrical, or mechanical qualification or relevant experience.
• Good English skills; German is a plus.
• Willingness to work offshore on a 14-day rotation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine annual wind turbine maintenance, inspections, testing and component replacements.
• Perform corrective maintenance, repairs and minor component replacements.
• Carry out upgrades, retrofits and technical updates.
• Inspect foundation structures and transition piece/monopile flange bolts.
• Identify, document and report defects and required corrective actions.
• Perform minor repairs, including bolt replacement and coating touch-ups, per technical documentation.
