Zusammenfassung

Sennheiser in Wedemark, Germany invites you to join as Team Assistant (m/f/d). You will coordinate calendars for the Director Brand & Strategic Marketing and the SVP Sales & Channel Marketing, manage travel logistics, onboarding and IT access, and support events.

Fluent German and English, strong MS Office skills, and a hands-on, independent work style are essential as you will handle vendor onboarding, invoices, and internal communications.

Qualifikationen

  • Commercial/business-related vocational qualification is required, ideally supplemented by Management Assistant training or similar.
  • Strong experience as an executive assistant, administrative support, or trusted confidential support role.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with resilience.
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to set priorities and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, pragmatic and hands-on.
  • Business fluent in German, fluent in English, and proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Aufgaben

  • Independently coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and day-to-day activities of the Director Brand & Strategic Marketing and the SVP Sales & Channel Marketing.
  • Take full responsibility for travel management from planning and booking to post-travel follow-up, including visa applications and A1 certificates.
  • Support planning and execution of customer visits, workshops, meetings, and smaller events.
  • Manage onboarding, organizational change, and offboarding processes and coordinate IT and access requirements.
  • Create purchase requisitions, onboard vendors, and process invoices including review and approval.
  • Handle professional correspondence and maintain digital document filing; support intranet content publication.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, reports, and statistics in German and English and assist management teams in administrative matters.
  • Arrange business travel for employees in accordance with travel policies.

These Responsibilities Await You On Our Team
  • You independently coordinate and manage the calendars, appointments, and day-to-day activities of the Director Brand & Strategic Marketing and the SVP Sales & Channel Marketing, while taking full responsibility for all travel management activities, from planning and booking through to post-travel follow-up, including visa applications and A1 certificates.
  • You support the planning and execution of customer visits, workshops, meetings, and smaller events.
  • You independently manage all onboarding, organizational change, and offboarding processes and coordinate the associated IT and access requirements.
  • You create purchase requisitions, onboard new vendors, and process incoming invoices, including review and approval.
  • You handle professional correspondence, maintain digital document filing systems, and support the publication of content in the Backstage Communication section of the intranet.
  • You prepare presentations, documentation, reports, and statistics in both German and English and support the management teams of Brand & Strategic Marketing and Sales & Channel Marketing in all organizational and administrative matters.
  • You arrange business travel, including visa applications and A1 certificates, for employees of designated headquarters departments in compliance with applicable travel and company policies.
The Qualifications You Bring
  • You have successfully completed a commercial/business-related vocational qualification, ideally supplemented by further training as a Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • You have solid professional experience in a comparable executive assistant, administrative support, or trusted confidential support role.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills combined with a high level of resilience.
  • You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • You are skilled at setting priorities and maintaining an overview, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, complemented by a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • You are business fluent in German, fluent in English, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), as well as modern web- and cloud-based applications.
