Zusammenfassung

Astronics GmbH is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Associate to support the entire order processing workflow, manage international customers from order entry to delivery, and handle written and telephone communications.

You will closely coordinate with regional Key Account Managers and internal departments, record maintenance orders, manage complaints and returns, and help determine realistic delivery dates with production planning.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in internal sales within manufacturing/technical environments preferred.
• Excellent German and English both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP).

• Supporting the entire order processing workflow
• Managing our international customers from order entry to delivery of the finished product
• Written and telephone communication with customer contacts
• Close coordination with regional Key Account Managers and internal departments
• Recording and processing maintenance orders, complaints, and returns
• Determining delivery dates in collaboration with production planning

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally professional experience in internal sales within a manufacturing and technical company
• Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and common ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and a careful, conscientious working style
