Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across international projects from Greece. The role is remote within Greece with flexible Monday–Friday schedules and occasional weekends depending on project.

Compensation is €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) plus a bonus up to 20% of the salary, with a relocation package including 4 weeks hotel accommodation and flight tickets.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language at C1/C2 level.
• English language at B2-C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalation of complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
