WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is remote within Greece with relocation support and a 14-month €1,300 gross/month base, plus up to 20% performance bonus. Weekly work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and professional customer-focused support.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
